Viscous Vibe is a faithful reproduction of the legendary Shin-Ei Uni-Vibe.Shin-Ei Uni-Vibe is an analog effector with a very unique circuit configuration, and its sound is extremely complex.I knew it wouldn't be easy to recreate that digitally.Development proceeded by making full use of TC Electronic's DSP development know-how and repeatedly performing 1:1 sound comparisons with the actual device next to it.The Viscous Vibe recreates the taste of the legendary modulation effect used by Jimi Hendrix, Pink Floyd, and Robin Trower, while maintaining the performance and convenience of a modern effects processor.
