Unlike other releases, the lyric sheet does not have the 'His Master's Voice' symbol on the top left hand side and it is attached to the inside cover, not as a separate 'insert'. The lyric sheet is one sided.

The left hand side of the inner gatefold has track listings in Japanese & English along with track timings and a photo of the group. The right hand side of the inner gatefold has biographies in Japanese of the band members.

It is not certain whether a poster was also included in this set as per other releases.
