Recorded in the sunny South of France, mixed at Marcadet Studios in Paris, and Good Earth Studios London during July, August and September of 1984.
The album states that it was recorded “in the sunny South of France.” In fact, Wham! recorded their iconic album in Label-271897 in the picturesque Provence region of southern France, choosing this location to escape the press and enjoy the luxurious seclusion).
