Misprint indicated by having B5 titled as "Jacki" and "Mastered by: Bob Ludwig at Master Disk, New York, NY." on inner sleeve.

A corrected version with correct B5 title on inner sleeve and corrected mastering credit ([a=George Marino] at [l=Sterling Sound]) is [r=15057694].

This release has stamped "SRC" logo along with a "SPAR" etching and a "B-#####"-type matrix number in the runouts, which indicates that the plating (processing / metalwork) was done at [l=Specialty Records Corporation] but the record itself was actually pressed at [l=Allied Record Company]. Remainder of runouts etched, Sterling logo stamped.
