Artist: The Pop Group

Post-punk band from Bristol, England; formed in 1977 and disbanded in 1980. They reformed for a tour in 2010, and released new material in 2015-16. Between 2019 and 2021 an album each of rarities, live takes, and remixes related to the group's debut album, Y, were released for its fortieth anniversary. A tour in support of the campaign was planned for 2020 but cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and before new dates were announced both Stewart and Waddington passed away in 2023, effectively bringing the group's second phase to an end.
