This refers to the group name and albums used by Todd Rundgren in 1970 (his debut album) and 1971 (his second album, "The Ballad of Todd Rundgren"). Essentially a solo project, Todd produced and performed most of the instruments himself, producing a collection of works that foreshadowed his fresh pop sensibility and later versatility.
